Why VOVO exists
Most appointment businesses still run on a phone, a paper diary and a WhatsApp chat that never stops. Every message answered mid-haircut or mid-consultation is attention taken from a customer who is actually there. Every message left unanswered is a booking that goes somewhere else.
VOVO answers those messages for you. It works out what the customer wants, offers times that are genuinely free, reads the booking back and confirms only once they say yes. The booking lands in the same diary as your walk-ins, phone calls and online bookings, and the payment goes straight to your own account.

Your money is yours
Customer payments go to your own Razorpay account and never pass through ours. We charge a plan per business, never a commission on your bookings.
Your records stay private
Visit notes and documents are kept in private storage and opened by short-lived links. Your team sees the takings only if you allow it.

Walk-ins, phone bookings, branches, staff breaks, a completion tapped by mistake. We design for the messy parts of running a business.
Who we are
VOVO is designed and built by Folks Logic, a software team in India. We work closely with the businesses that use VOVO, and much of what the product does today started as a conversation with one of them.
